Dr. Nishimura has been with South Nassau for five years. He attended medical school at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA. Additionally, Dr. Nishimura completed his surgical residency at Nassau County Medical Center and is a Board Certified Laparoscopic Surgeon. Dr. Nishimura performs the lap-band, Roux-en-y Surgeries, Sleeve Gastrectomies and other laparoscopic procedures.
