MY FIRST IMPRESSION WAS THAT DR VOHRA WAS DISTANT, AS I GREW TO KNOW DR VOHRA I FOUND HIM TO BE A DR WHO CARES GREATLY ABOUT HIS PATIENTSAND THEIR WELL BEING.AS FOR DR VOHRAS STAFF WHAT CAN I SAY, I HAVE NOT MET A NICER GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS. I WOULD LIKE TO GIE A SPECIAL THANK YOU DR VOHRAS ASSISTANT GABE.HE IS THE KINDEST PERSON HE GENUINELY GOES THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP YOU THROUGH YOUR STAY IN THE HOSPITAL, AND FOR FOLLOW UP VISITS AT THE OFFICE.AS FAR AS THE REST OF THE STAFF THEY ARE THE GREATEST.I WOULD LIKE TO SEND A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO MARY,CATHY,DANIELLE,JILL AND MY SPECIAL GIRL PEGGY.I CAN NEVER THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR YOUR CARING.I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMENDED DR VOHRA AND STAFF TO OTHER INDIVIDUALS . BEFORE YOU CAN GET AN APPOINTMENT AT THE OFFICE YOU MUST ATTEND A SEMINAR WHICH DR VOHRA EXPLAINS IN GREAT DETAIL THE SURGERY,ITS BENIFITS AND RISK. THE AFTER CARE THAT IS GIVEN IS EXCELLENT.IF YOU ARE HAVUING ANY TYPE OF PROBLEM THE GROUP IS THERE TO ASSIST YOU AND MAKE SURE THE MATTER IS TAKEN CARE OF PRORERLY. ON A SCALE OF ONE TO TEN I RATE DR VOHRA AND STAFF 100. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR MY SECOND CHANCE. |

I was very pleased with the care I received before and after my surgery. I found Dr. Vohra to be very personable and through. He made sure I was aware of all the risks and benefits of the surgery. He kept emphazing that although it was laparascopic that it was still major surgery and not to be entered into lightly. I was amazed at the fact that he checked on me personnaly twice a day while I was in the hospital. And I can not say enough about his office staff. Kathy, Danielle, Jill and especially Peggy always knew just what I needed and were so understanding and supportive every step of the way. Mary was able to keep all my preop and postop needs under control. Aftercare is very important and extremely structured. Everyone on staff is there to help you feel good and succeed!! |

Dr. Vohra and his staff are wonderful! They take time to answer questions and make sure you know exactly what to expect each step of the way. The support meetings that his staff hold once a month are informative and helpful. |

My first impression of Dr. Vohra was that he is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about wls. My first meeting with him was pleasant and I found him very easy to talk to. His staff is excellent. They are very friendly and willing to help. I would take surgical competence over bedside manner any day! As long as the job is done right, I have no complaints! |

I THINK MY DOCTOR NEEDS TRAINING IN BEDSIDE MANNER BUT ON THE POSITIVE SIDE I THINK HE IS A GREAT SURGEON AFTER ALL I AM ALIVE AND LOSING WEIGHT AND NO REAL COMPLICATIONS TO SPEAK OF. ON THE OFFICE STAFF I THINK THEY ARE GREAT |

He seemed very experienced and knowledgable. I still feel the same way. very friendly and helpful Not enough office hours If he gives you a goal weight before surgery, he will hold you to it! A lot Yes Mentioned them, but assured me low probability of risks occurring Skilled and knowledgeable Unsure of bedside manner as I have not had the surgery yet |

I have to say that I have been completely thrilled so far with Dr. Vohra and the entire staff. It is wonderful to go to a doctors office and be treated with respect and understanding. I have only heard great things about everyone...and I agree with the praise:-) I will add more after Thursday...that's when I'm going in:-) |
