    Comments: Hey Diane after 3yrs I've gained back 25lbs. Due to my eat cheating continue to grow, for the most part my weight loss is great, I feel better and I'm healthier no diabetes, blood pressure down which allows me to move around better than I use to. So I'm good i went from 285lbs to 200lbs. Back to 225lbs and I will stay there and work on going back down to 200lbs or less. And yes you can use this testimonial.
